中超赛季总结：多项数据显著提升，比赛质量再上新台阶
12月26日讯 记者陈永撰文指出，本赛季中超联赛在多个方面取得了显著提升，包括赛风赛纪、基本数据、净比赛时间、高强度跑动距离以及裁判表现等。
赛风与纪律的明显改善
多年以来，赛风和纪律问题一直困扰着中国足球各项赛事。然而，在2024年，中超联赛的相关状况有了显著改善。在整个2024年度，没有出现严重违规违纪现象，中国足协纪律委员会对中超联赛的处罚次数由去年的63次降至25次，下降幅度达到60%。这标志着中超以更加平稳健康的发展态势向前推进。
进攻方式日益精细化
本季中超共计打入750个进球，场均达3.1个，相较于上年的666粒（2.7球）大幅提高。剔除乌龙球后有效进球数为735，比去年多出83个。此外，共有206名球员实现破门，比上一季度增加12人。本季还发生了12次帽子戏法，高于上年的5次；参与戴帽的11位选手也比之前增加4位。
值得一提的是，多项纪录被刷新：武磊凭借34粒进球成为射手王，并创造个人单季新高；奥斯卡则通过20次助攻夺得助攻王，再创新记录。同时，上海海港队以78分卫冕并创下96个进球及16连胜的新纪录。另外，第12轮赛事期间更是打入43颗进球，一举突破2018年第15轮37颗的历史最高纪录。
技战术水平持续攀升
The 2024 season saw a total of 24,315 penetrating passes made in the league, an increase of 785 from last year.
